Damaged or Defective Items:
If your product arrives damaged or the packaging is not functioning as expected, please inquire via our contact form within 30 days of receipt and include:
- Order number
- Photo of the damaged package/item(s)
If you’re experiencing an issue with an Oribe product purchased from a retailer or salon (not Oribe.com), please contact the original place of purchase for assistance with a replacement or refund before reaching out to us.
General Returns/Refunds
If you’re not satisfied for any other reason, unopened or gently used items purchased from Oribe.com may be eligible for return or refund within 30 days of the date of receipt. Please inquire via our contact form and include:
- Order number
- Product(s) affected
- Reason for dissatisfaction
Please note:
- Returns must be pre-authorized.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Sets must be returned with all components and outer packaging.
- Accessing a promotion that began after an order was placed is not a valid reason for return.
