Damaged or Defective Items:
If your product arrives damaged or the packaging is not functioning as expected, please inquire via our contact form within 30 days of receipt and include:
- Order number
- Photo of the damaged package/item(s)
If you’re experiencing an issue with an Oribe product purchased from a retailer or salon (not Oribe.com), please contact the original place of purchase for assistance with a replacement or refund before reaching out to us.
Lost or Missing Package:
If you believe your package to be lost or missing, please file a claim within 30 days of expected receipt with the carrier your packaged shipped through, which will be either FedEx or UPS. If you aren’t sure what carrier delivered your order, we recommend checking the tracking information sent within your shipping confirmation email. Once the claim is filed, please contact us with your claim number (if filing with FedEx) or your tracking number (if filing with UPS) so our team may further assist.
