If you notice an error in your order after checkout, you may cancel it within 15 minutes of placement to submit a new order.
To cancel, visit the Order Status page using the link provided after checkout or in your order confirmation email. During the 15‑minute window, a cancelation option will appear beneath your order summary. If you cancel within this time frame, any temporary payment authorization will be voided and you will not be charged.
If you do not cancel your order within the 15-minute window, you may contact us for support, but we cannot guarantee that the cancelation can be accommodated prior to shipment.
Canada:
There is no self-cancelation feature available for our Canadian storefront at this time. If you notice an error in your order after checkout, please contact us for support as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee that the cancelation can be processed prior to shipment.
